There's lots of places so that you don't need to put them on your chest!. No, I don't think it's a good idea to put them on her chest!.
There are at least 2 or 3 on each arm moving down the arm - it wouldn't be on the same spot, plus the top of the back as well!. You just need to move the patch over to the next spot but there are quite a few without having to resort to the chest!. It gets even easier to find new locations as you lower the strength since the lower strength are smaller patches!.

Patches can be applied to hips, chest or upper arm area so no need to put on the breast!.
