If someone said to you!.!. 'my daughter -- she's got really pale and dull skin all of a sudden, she is always cold, always has the shakes and is constantly tired!. Her hair has thinned out at the back of her head!. She doesn't seem interested in anything and is constantly looking depressed'

Sounds like anemia, especially because of the fatigue!. Those symptoms are rather extreme for depression!. Does this young woman also have a rapid heart rate, dizziness when she stands up, a cold sensation and tingling in her limbs!? Are her gums pale, too!? Anemia can be diagnosed by a doctor very easily!. He'll prescribe iron or B-12 supplements!. Thyroid is also a possibility because sometimes the symptoms of a thyroid disorder mimic anemia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was like that, and was diagnosed anaemic!
Although I wasn't medically depressed!. The fact that I felt so rubbish made me feel "down" all the time!.
Is you Daughter on any medication/vitamins!. It may be worth trying some multivitamins with iron!. Especially if she's started having her periods etc!.
How old is she!?

anemic! thats what happened to me!. i had all the same things going on and my doctor told me i was anemic!. or maybe get your thyroid checked out!. go see a doctor thats the best i can suggest!Www@Answer-Health@Com
