ok well im a 13 yr old girl and im going to get my physical before school!. my parents said i migh have to get the "personal physical" this year or next year!.

Usually if you are young and a virgin, they will not do a speculum exam!. They will want to know if you have started your period yet, if your periods are regular, and if you have any problems with your periods!. If you have not started your period yet, they will look only at the outside of you to check for the growth of pubic hair and underarm hair, and check for the developmental stage of your breasts to see if they think you will be starting your period soon!. Otherwise, they will just do a regular physical exam (listen to your heart, lungs, feel your abdomen for masses, pain, etc!., and maybe check your reflexes, spine for straightness, etc!.)!. Don't worry about it! There's no need for you to have an internal exam as you're still very young and a virgin!. It's recommended that you start having gynecological exams one year after you lose your virginity or when you turn 18!. They can't force you to have this exam if you don't want it!. They might ask you about your periods and questions like that, but they can't force you to have a pelvic exam without your consent!. A doctor can't tell if you've masturbated, but they can tell if you've lost your virginity because the heimen will break when you lose it!. They take this metal thing that looks like a long duck bill, they warm/lube it up and put it inside of you!. Honestly - it's uncomfortable and it f*cking sucks, but ssoo necessary!. They twist a thing on it that holds it open!. So basically, you are laying there with your vagina wide open!. Sorry to be so blunt about it, I guess you should just know how it is, no sugar coating!.
