I Miss My Period :( Really Worried!!!!!!!!!?!

Question: I Miss My Period :( Really Worried!!!!!!!!!!?
I havn't gotten a period for 8 months!. I know i am very underweight (5'4, 87 lbs) but i have been eating really well!. I usually eat around 1800-2000 calories a day, exercise for about 30 min a day, and i DO NOT throw up my food or use diet pills!. Although i typically don't eat much junk food on an everyday basis, i try to incorporate healthy fats like avocado, seeds and nuts!.

Why am i not getting my period back!? Is there anything i can do!? Oh and i still get that clear discharge stuff though, but no period!. Im really scaredWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's because you're so skinny / underweight!. A normal weight for your height is about 110 - 130!. If you stay under 100lbs, you'll probably never get your period back!. Your body is not strong enough to support a baby and obviously doesn't feel strong enough to release an egg and prepare your uterus for a baby (your period is when that all gets "flushed" out)!.

You gotta gain weight!. Otherwise, I guess enjoy the fact that you don't have to deal with a period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? If you have just recently started your periods, then it is normal to be a little irregular, but 8 months isn't normal like that!. I would advise you to tell someone and see your doctor as something may be wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to make an appointment with your doctor so you know whats going on!. It may be because you are underweight or it could be something else but it is something you need looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
