Question: I REALLY Miss My Period :( Please Help!?!?!?!!!!!?
havn't gotten a period for 8 months!. I know i am very underweight (5'4, 87 lbs) but i have been eating really well!. I usually eat around 1800-2000 calories a day, exercise for about 30 min a day, and i DO NOT throw up my food or use diet pills!. Although i typically don't eat much junk food on an everyday basis, i try to incorporate healthy fats like avocado, seeds and nuts!. And the most i have ever weighed was around 89lbs and i still got my period

Why am i not getting my period back!? Is there anything i can do!? Special foods!? Oh and i still get that clear discharge stuff though, but no period!. Im really scared

Btw im almost 17 years old, got my period when i was 13

Yeah, well you shouldn't overexcercise but I don't think you are so that's Ok, never mind!.

Try putting on some weight!.!.!. your body has grown more- on bones and stuff so may need to weigh more than you weighed when you last had period!. Eat more, but yeah healthy is OK, and maybe try weight-lifting to gain muscle mass!. Well, first of all, you should be eating more!. Add an energy bar to your daily exercise--and be sure to take calcium! Not having your period for 8 months is VERY BAD for your bones!. You should be gaining bone density right now!. But instead, without a period, you are losing bone density, and that's hard to make up for! Drink milk! Or add a scoop of ice cream to your daily diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay first of all go see your doctor
second of all stop counting calories thats the reason your undeerweight
u need to eat away
lile for me i just eat what i want to when i want to and exersise so that i am the ideal weght for my age
tha is what is wrong with people
they only think of getting really skinny to the point that its unhealthy
okay your 17 and 87 lbs I WAS THAT SIZE WHEN I WAS 11
so please start to eat well and exersise enough to get your body back into shape

I would go by what the Dr has told you!.!.!.!.if for any reason you are not satisfied with that, see another Dr and get a second opinion!.!.!.!.89 lbs is very low weight for a 17 yr old, more than likely it is due to that, even though you have had your period, that does not mean it will continue at that weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes u miss ur periods because of the lack of vitamins and minerals that u take in!. Try a daily supplement!. Also 8 months is an extreemly long time && since u've had ur period for 4 years, u should be pretty much regluar!. I recommend seeing either ur primary care pysican again or going to a gyno!.
