Question: Concerned!. blood in urine!?!?
I seriously just peed about 10 times today, and i still feel like i GOTTA GO real bad! and i thought my period came last night when i went to the bathroom, but there isn't any more blood, other than when I go pee!.!.!.!.!.I think i might be peeing blood!.

It could be serious, it could be not serious, but you can't just 'guess' with problems like this, so make an appointment!.
I had the same thing 'kinda', and it was kidney stones!.
But it could be bladder infection, bladder cancer, an STD!.!.!. there's just no way to know!.

Sweetie you most likely have cystitis!.!.!. you need to go to the doctors for antibiotics, as at the stage that you pee blood you need to use them as cranberry juice is more of a preventer than a cure!. You can get some cranberry sachets things from the chemist like this:

You must go to the doctors, they will take a urine sample, and then will use a PH test stick thing to figure out if you have an infection!. Cystitis can lead to even worse conditions if not treated, although it's ok so long as you get medication early on, just don't leave it untreated as it can be very painful!.
