Question: Help with 'down there'!?
i was doing the splits and i hear/feel a little snap-ish thing!. i chek "down there" and where the two lip thingies end (farthest down there's a tinytiny tear and it was bleeding a little!. then i go to the bathroom and it stung a little!.(cuz well pee+cut= ow)!. how long till it heals ou think!?!? thanks =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch! It will heal fast, our bodies "down there" are made to heal quickly, especially from puberty through menopause!. Keep your personal hygiene up and watch for unusual discharge, pain or odor!. This could mean that your tear got an infection!. You should probably tell a parent so that they can be aware of any problems that might come up, but I doubt you'll have any :-) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think you should not wait to see if it will heal or not!. I feel sure that the safest thing to do is go to the doctor, possibly an urgent care facility!. This may be a minor problem but sometimes minor problems can become major problems because of infection and irritation!. There is a lot of heat generated in the genital area and a lot of bacteria because urine and feces are full of bacteria from various areas of the body!. The heat and bacteria can spell trouble for the healing process for situations like the one you described!. A doctor can tell you how to reduce the amount of bacteria in the area of the injury and how to heal it more quickly!. Best of luck with this problem!. Any injury in that area heals fast due to the very high number of blood vessels!. A few days at most!. But you actually heard something!? Hard to believe!.!.!. but will take your word on it!. Anyway you just 'tore your taint' as they say down here!. It is an area called the perianum between your genitals and your rectum!. Very sensitive, very prone to injury in girls as well as guys!. It's very tender tissue down there - just keep it clean & you can actually use some Neosporin on it to keep it from getting infected & keep it a little more pliable so you won't rip again!. It can happen with the simplest things & also can happen with sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ouch! Sounds like you tore the opening to your vagina a bit, and possibly your hymen too!. It shouldn't take too long to heal, maybe a couple of days!. Make sure to dry yourself well when you pee, and try to keep it clean!. Avoid putting soap on it, though!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
