I go through a regular tampon in about 2, maybe 2 and a half hours on a heavy day!. I currently use a regular tampon!. Do you think I should upgrade to Super!? I bought a box, and they look really big, but I hate having to change so much!.!.!.!.

I would get a box of tampons that has the super size, regular and slim size!.
Use super at the beginning of your period and reduce the size by the end of your period!.
You should only have to change your tampon every 4-5 hours!. So you definatly need a bigger size!. But you should not wear super all the time because it increases your chance of getting TTS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really wouldn't change to the super tampons!. I think that you should just tough it out for the first few days!. There are certain problems related to tampons (the larger the tampon, the greater the risk!.!.!.i!.e!. , toxic shock syndrome)!. Wait as long as you can before you want or have to change!. We women got the bad end of the deal! Can you imagine a guy having to deal with something like that every month!?

If you do, be careful and make sure you change your tampon every 7 hours!. Buying a tampon with a larger absorbency than you need increases the risk of toxic shock syndrome, which is rare, but still happens!. You will be okay if you change often enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's what I started on!. But make sure to read the warning part of it!. There is a syndrom that is caused by using a tampon at such a young age and leaving the tampon in too long!. I use a tampon during the day, and then change to a pad for the nights!. Be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont worry i had it exactly at your time i used super but the small super one b/c i was too small for it change it to ur regular tampon when its not too heavy just use the super when ur pretty heavy

I think you should stay with the regular!. I believe the super would actually be uncomfortable for you but, hey, you could test them out and see for yourself!?!.!.!.( and no, it isn't "weird"!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every girls' flow is different!. Some are heavier than others!. You should change it every 2-4 hours anyway!. Don't be afraid to try different tampons to find the right fit!. Sooo annoying I know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
