Answers:
Your options depend on your age, but since you are old enough to be typing on here and asking, I think we can assume you are nearly a teenager!. The first thing would be to honestly tell your parents that you have the difficulty and need some professional help!. Night dryness is a function of the brain maturing, not something you have any control over at all- so there is nothing to feel ashamed or embarassed about!. Sometimes the trouble will come up again right before you start puberty, some think because of all the wonderful, but rapid changes going on that turn you from child to adult!. That being the case, the problem will usually solve itself in time!. You just do a few things to help matters, like not going to bed before you empty your bladder, and not drinking a lot of fluid in the two hours before then!. You can use the special disposable undies or pads made for this, or not- as you like, but for outings and visits, they do make matters a lot easier on you and save you a lot of potential embarassement!. You also should see a doctor!. There are some medications that can slow the kidney function at night, or soothe an irritable bladder, and that can also help sometimes!. The problem tends to run in families, and if you asked about, I'm sure you'd probably discover you aren't the first or only one in the family!. If you can find out what age they were when the problem stopped, then you will get an idea of when you might expect things to stop as well!. Night dryness is a lot more common a problem than you might suspect, as it's not something folks like to admit to either!. You won't be the only one in your class, I can assure you!. Just tell your folks you need some help, and do what you can to help stem the nighttime flood by cutting out the fluid before bed and going to the bathroom first!. Then see the doctor and pick the option that best fits your needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would tell your parnets right away!. Sometimes people have been scared or have some problems in life and that affects them in there sleep (could lead to bedwetting)!. If you really do tell your parnets ask them to see a doctor, he could find out whats wrong and fix it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
