Shaving problem?!

Question: Shaving problem!?
I shave my legs, under my arms, and the bikini lining!. Well, my mom only knows I shave my legs!. Ive been shaving my legs since I was 11 and Im 13!. Ive been shaving under my arms and bikini line for about 7-8 months!.
After I shave my legs their fine, but my bikini line and underarms get tons of red bumps and HURT for a few days, then it goes down a bit!. Its HORRIBLE at dance because in ballet we dance with our arms up most of the time so everybody sees everything!.
My mom doens't know that I do my lining or under my arms so I cant get anything else besides shaving cream and a razor ( where you change the blades )!. - and please dont say that ' im too young ' or ' dont need to shave there yet ' because the hair is BAD and i need to!. Also, Im going to a waterpark with my mom, mom's friend, and her daughter in about 2-3 week and im gonna wearing a swim suit, how can i get rid of my bikini line AND the red bumps before then so nobody ( preferably my mom ) doesn't see it!? Thanks! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
