so you know how u sit down and then once you stand up again the blood kinda gushes out!?
so if i sit down and stand up more often will my period be over faster cause im gettign the blood out quicker!?

I dont think the blood will flow more and be over faster!. The process of making blood will take the same time!. When you're sitting down your uterus is in a shape of a spoon, so it gathers the blood!. When you stand up, it gushes out because you're dilated!.

If you sit and stand up more often I don't think it really matters, I tried that and it was just the same length!. And it made my knees sore!. :P
And taking a bath is okay, it's actually recommended!. A lot of people say the water stops the period enough for you to get clean and refreshed!. It helps a lot with stomach cramps too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

standing up and sitting down really won't get your period done quicker!. And it probably wouldn't become a blood bath you would probably have a little bit of blood in but probably not that much!. You could use a tampon though when you take a bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you use a tampon the blood doesn't gush out as much when you stand up:)
And when you have a bath/shower, usually water kinda clogs it up so it doesn't really come out, lol!.

water tends to stop your period for a while!. And if you use pads and blood "gushes out", its prob gushing out of the pad!. But if you are using tampons, then your period might end faster(not sure)!. Hope this helps! and gd luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
