is lying down on something really comfy and elevating your legs
or lie on your stomach and just breath
or heres a relaxation method used in yoga
lay on your back and relax your mucsles just let go
your fingers should not be straight they should be curled and your feet will slowly part as you relax
after a few minutes of this roll onto your right side and sta there for 2 minutes and slowly pull yourself up

Whenever I had growing pains I would stretch and then massage the area!. I would get them allot in my legs at the back of the knee, and nothing really worked better then massaging!. Check out this page, it seems to say something about growing pains!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
