Why are my cramps suddenly not that painful??!
Question: Why are my cramps suddenly not that painful!?!?
the past 2 months i have been able to go without taking medicine!.!.!.!.!.usually get unbearable cramps, i cry they are so bad [unless i have my medicine]!. i can't fuction without the [only] thing that will work for me!.!.!.ibuprofin[sorry about spelling] but in my 5 1/2's year of having my period NOTHING else has ever worked and this has NEVER happened!.!.!.!.not complaining just worried!. i [am] sexually active and i [am not] on birth control!. i was for about 2 months but that was maybe 4 months ago if that even matters!. does anyone know whats up with me!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i read from a women's health mag that the more physically active you are (having sex probably goes under this too) the less painful your cramps will be!.
and i find that's generally true!
my cramps are just as painful as yours are- i lay in bed writhing and crying from the pain sometimes!. but i find that the times when i've been particularly active, esp!. working out a few weeks right up to my period, my cramps haven't been that painful, almost numbed to the point where it's just a distant throb!. i know, it can feel a little weird, since we're so used to bracing ourselves for the worst pain!.
so ask yourself if you've been physically active, like working out!.!.!. Although if it's sex then that's a bit more tricky, cause i'm not sure whether the physical aspect of sex, or actual impregnation, explains your less painful cramps!.
if you experience pregnancy symptons, like constant vomiting, then its time for the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
