Question: I had an d&e this past wed!. i just want to know how long do i have to wait for sex and try again!.!?
the d&e was cause i had no fetal pole!. for 3 u/s no fetal pole!. they told me that the baby didn't grow past the cell stage!. so i just wanna know how fast i will get back to normal!. cause right now i feel like i have a period not spotting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most Doctors will tell you to give yourself at least 6 months to try to have a baby, to let your body heal!. As far as getting back to having sex, that depends on your doctor some doctors say 4 to 6 weeks!. Dont be afraid to ask your doctor, and actually if you will read on your discharge papers it may even tell you how long to avoid sex!. I am terribly sorry to hear of your loss, I too know what that feels like, I was 18 weeks when I heard those dreaded words of No fetal heart rate!.
