Vagisil will help the itching, but you need to treat the actual thrush infection!. You can get cream, pessary,oral tablet from any pharmacy - its one of the most common things we deal with in pharmacy, its best to talk to a member of staff who can ask you a few questions, then sort which is best or you!.

Canesten gets rid of thrush, you can have oral medication which is like powder that goes into water and works on the irratation of weeing as it neutralises!. And/Or you can get tablets!.
Then you have the cream that stops the itching of thrush!.
I know this is effective because I've tried it before as some medications cause thrush!
