Women who have or have head endometriosis?!

I'm thinking I might have it, as well!. I already have two children!. I'd been on birth control for eight years (except for during my pregnancies)!. I went off birth control because I felt that it made me irritable!. Ever since I stopped the BC, my menstrual cramps have kept intensifying!. I get a sensation of heavy tenderness in my pelvis midcycle!. Over the past few months, it has become painful to have a bowel movement, mostly during my period, but also at other times!. The pain is between my vagina and my colon!. This pain is what caused me to look up menstrual cramps and the association of bowel pain!. That is apparently a common symptom of endometriosis!. My periods are pretty regular, but I have started to get spotting for several days before my period really begins!. I'm thinking about seeing a doctor, but as you know, the only definitive diagnosis comes from laproscopy, so I'm not thrilled with that prospect!. I feel fortunate to already have two children, but we were considering more, so now I feel that maybe we should not put that off too long!.
