Question: I have started my period early and!.!.!.!?
Im going to a water park every wednesday with my camp, and i cant wear a pad! whenever i wear a pad in water, it just falls out!. (gross but yeah!.) Why has my period started so early!? IM 10!! What can i do so my pad doesent fall out and so i dont leak through!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a pad that has wings - covered by tight fitting shorts so that your pad cannot fall out!. Also, take as many extra's as you can so you can change regularly; pads and water are not a good combination although i don't see any reason for you to have to miss out on the water park - just be hygenic and careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is unusual for a period to start at 10, however children as young as 9 have been known to have them- that's genetics!. Talk to your Mum, chances are her's came relatively early too!.
If you want to go in the water, you need to use a tampon!. Since you are so young, you may need to speak to your Mum about how to use them correctly etc!.

If you absolutely have to go to the water park and go in the water, use a tampon!. I don't understand why everyone's giving the tampon answers thumbs downs; virgins CAN use them!. Ask your mom about them, how to put them in, etc!. I'm sure she'll be glad to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
