Well Matt,I guess it's the same as asking why some men have penis' so small that you can't see them where as some men are so well endowed that you only have to look at them and your eyes water !!!!!!!!!

In peoples genes!. Could be to do with age too, if your young they will most likely be smaller!.
Mine are only 32A/B but I don't care, I'm only 14 so don't really care about what size I am, size doesn't matter!
Oh and this question could also be asked for why guys penis' are different sizes too - genes/hormones/puberty!.

Haha I don't know!. Maybe because each guy has different taste in women!. Some guys like flat chested women, others don't!. I would say mine are average, and I'm happy they are(34C)!. So yeah!.!. it's just in their genes!Www@Answer-Health@Com
