My best friend's birthday party is tomorrow and It's a sleep over!. The problem is, I'm on my period!. I just started it (not for the first time) yesterday and I'll be on my two heavyest days!. Should I go, but not spend the night!? Or should I just go and stay!? I'm so scared I'll leak during the night!. Urgh!. This is embarressing!.!.!. I'm sorry!. But I really need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Use both a tampon and a pad!.
It will help if the sleepover is for all girls they all kno what is going on with you!.
Explain to your friend what is happening !.
They'll understand !.
Go to the sleepover :)

Hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just say you have plans already tomorrow morning and you cant sleepover!.!.!.

Dont worry if they are your friend they will understand!. If they try to get you to stay, just say your parents wont let you because its too early in the morning to be spending the night at someones house! IF yyou have to be a little harsh to get them to stop making you sleepover do it! lol good luck, take some advil just in case you get cramps while ur there!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By all means go no matter what!.
But if you're that afraid it's going to leak through then maybe you shouldn't stay all night!.
If you should decide that your going to stay then go to the bathroom often to make sure everything is OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a tampon AND a pad!. That way, the tampon will absorb most of it, and the pad will catch whatever the tampon doesn'tWww@Answer-Health@Com
