OMG! I just had health class too and we were learning about the same thing! LOL!.!.!.!. well it is not the vulva it is the vagina and intercourse hurts sometimes because if u are a virgin or are very tight!. it ususally doesn't hurt!. it may hurt the first time a girl has sex, but not always!. i don't know how painful it can be because i have never had painful intercourse!. using lubrication like ky jelly is a way to keep it from hurting!. and being gentle!. and vagina is the part the penis actually goes into and babies come out of, vulva is the whole shebang, vag, clit, and labia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
