go there very helpful!.

I just suggest DONT USE THE CARDBOARD KIND!.
go with plastic!.
way more comfortable and easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What's not working for you!? Is it painful!? Hard to insert!. It takes patience and practice!.

It may help to use a mirror if you are comfortable doing this!. You can also flex (push) to help open up like you flex your pelvic muscles to push out a bowel movement!. (sorry to be gross)!.

You may want to try different positions, standing, squatting, for example!.

Make sure you read the instructions and try a few times!. It sometimes takes a few tries to feel comfortable!.

Everyone is different so it may feel different for everyone!.

If you get frustrated stop, and take a break, and come back and try again at a later time when you are more relaxed!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i use tampons with applicators like PEARL cuz they're smooth and soft!. put your fingers on the middle part and stick it in till half is sticking out and push the applicator in, then take it out!. For extra protection, id use a pantyliner!. they're kinda like pads but not big, bulky, diaper like just a thin layer!. they have them in different absorbencies and sizes!. i put em in kinda standin up, just close your eyes and relax as you push the applicator in!. you'll become a pro in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you tried tampons with applicators!? They sometimes make getting the tampon in easier!. Also, make sure you are using the smallest sized tampon possible!. (You're still young and your vagina hasn't stretched out yet!.) You can also get a personal lubricant and use this with the tampon to make it go in easierWww@Answer-Health@Com

tampons take a lot of practice!. they come with directions, so make sure you read them and follow them step by step!. if they're in properly, you don't feel them at all, which can mean that you forget about them, and leave them in too long, so a lot of responsibility also comes with them!. but be prepared to make mistakes when it comes to them!. make sure you're using the lowest absorbency for your flow, and only use them when you're bleeding heavily enough (not when you're just spotting)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to keep trying!. I struggled with them in the beginning too!. I think the key is really to get to know your body!. Try sticking a CLEAN finger or two into your vagina to become familiar with your target!. You can also Google for instructions!.

Take heart!. I don't think it's easy to learn for anyone, but it's worth it to take the time to figure it out!! I'd never go back the the "diaper!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you are using tampons that are made for teens, they are smaller then regular tampons!. You also need to make sure the tampon is all the way in before you push the applicator!.
If it's uncomfortable then you need to take it out and try again!.!.!.it may take a bit, but you will get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It took me 5 years til I could actually use tampons!.
I recommend Tampax Pearl!.
Not expensive & very easy to slide it! No leak!.

It takes practice my dear!. Trust me, Ive been there!.

Lay on your back, RELAX your muscles "down there", breathe, & dont think about IT so much!.
It worked for me when I was younger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some say that you have to "be opened" to wear one!. In other words have sex!. Which is not true!. When I wore my first tampon, I forced it in there which was uncomfortable at first but as I did it more, I got used to it!. Plus I've had sex so it fits in a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ha! My BFF tried tampons for te first time today over @ our other friends house!. Get the Playtex sliver!. they are small egnough to get in there!. She's only 14 & i'm gonna ask my mom bout them my next cycle, so try a mirror and relaxing first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i couldnt do it at first either !. !. !. the most important thing to remember is to relax ! if you get too stressed it will make your muscle tighten up which makes it harder to insert the tampon!. just keep trying you will get the hang of itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different!. While the answers here say that you have to keep trying!.!.my personal experience was that I had to have sex first!. But don't go out having sex just so you can wear a tampon!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well are you reading the directions!? and are you sticking it in the right hole!?!?!? make sure its at a diagnal and you go until your thumb/finger touches youWww@Answer-Health@Com

before attempting insertation make sure you are calm and collected!.!.!.!.!.!.there are many online video!.!.!.including some on tampon makers sites that demonstrate insertation!.!.!.!.!.i realize the shitty diagram that they put in the tampon box can be very confusingWww@Answer-Health@Com
