I HATE MY BODY!!!
I HATE TRYING ON CLOTHES AND SWIM SUITS! some times it makes me cry and its not just the weigth but the stupid very showing stretch marks!.!.!.!. legs, breasts,calves and sides

I want to lose some weight I am 5'2 and weigh 136!

I WANT TO WEIGH 118 and feel better about my body
If I lose weight will the stretch marks go away!?

im in about the same boat as you, except im 17 and am 5"2 and 132!. you just have to work at it gradually, its not going to get better over night even though it would be nice, just try to eat more healthy things, fruits veggies, water, salads, cut down on the fast food and junk food, but it doesnt mean you have to cut it out forever!. im going to start going for walks more often, and eat less junk, if you need a buddy im here!. i dont know how to email or anything on this but if u have aim my screename is ipromiseforeverr or my email ipromiseforeverr@aim!.com if you need a weight loss buddy =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

no matter how much weight you lose, it will probably never be enough for you!. You need to learn how to feel comfortable in what you have before you can change it!. No one likes everything about their bodies!. Im 18 and i felt the exact same weight as you!. Im now 5'9 and 186 but i love myself and so does my boyfriend!. I have stretch marks but so what!? Models/ actresses do too but they use makeup and surgery to cover everything up!. Every now and then, ill look at other people and feel insecure, but everyone does it!. Someone probably is looking at you and saying, Man i wish i was like her!. But if you REALLY want to lose weight, dont stress cuz that will make it worst, make you depressed, and it will never work!. Try asking your mom to buy healthier foods and you and your family try exercising together!. Or, since its summer, go swimming everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what you mean!. I and 5'2'' also and I have stretch marks on my legs and knees!. Then I have other marks on my back that look like stretch mark but they are just marks some women get!. Now I weight 122-125 it just varies!. I am almost 16!. Stretch marks never go away!. You can use oils that help make stretch Marks less noticeable!. You can also go to a dermatologist and do treatments to help make them less noticeable!. It sucks! I know this is corny but try to think of the parts of your body that look good and get a sweet boyfriend that can complement you and tell you that you are hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi I'm 14 and feel exactly the same! I hate wearing swimming costumes and think everyone else always looks better than me! I am trying to loose weight too!. I have tryed doing a few exercises at night (e!.g situps stretches etc) ask your gym if you can use their facilities if accompanied with an adult or just go for a run!. Do the obvious, eat healthily etc and try and aim to loose between 1 - 2 lbs thats a healthy weight to loose a week!. I have done that so far for a couple of months and am doing really well!. Remember don't give in to those snacks cos' you'll feel guilty afterwards!. Try to look at the good features of your body and write a list of them!. Target problem parts of yoour body and work on them!. It may be possible that loosing weight will increase stretch marks! but you can get lotions etc that you rub into them to get rid of them it works!!

Sweety the stretch marks will show even more! 5'2 and 136 isn't too bad I'm 5'2 127lbs!. get some virgin cocoa butter you know like the real deal and use it every day!. This will keep your skin moisted and help fade it away!. And the advice you got from the others are good to!. Calories are an enemy!. You have to go o line and find out how much calories you can have a day!. Any excess will be stored into fat if you do not burn it off!. Because calories release energy but if its not being used it will be stored and you gain weight!. Stretch marks come when you loose and gain weight!. If you get a big beige rubber band and put some pink marker on it and the rubber band is dry!. When you stretch and release the band you will start to see lines forming!. Same as our skin!. We need to keep a particular size and moisturize!

but to give some advice, dont overdo your diet!. if you want to lose weight!. just watch what you eat and eat healthier snacks and meals!. you can still eat chicken and all thaat but just cut it down to like one or 2 drumsticks!. and lay low on tha fried foods!. working out also helps!. work out at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes!. exercising will help keep your body tight so it will help stretch marks go away!. putting cocoa butter lotion will also help stretch marks go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know what to tell you but it is what it is!. It's your body and accept it and love it!. At the same time you can start working on making it leaner but don't get all depressed cause you don't look like a supermodel in your bikini!. you'll find that if you love yourself and you have confidence other ppl will like you too,the way you are:)
Stretchmarks usually stay no matter how much weight you lose but they might become less visible!.

Im 15 im 5'6 and weigh 150 im unhappy with my body too!.!.!. i get upset in the dressing room!.!. but just eat healthy, and exercise regularly!.!.!. Also when you eat, chew the food 20 times putting the fork or the rest of the food in between bites!.!.!. that will help you get full faster!.!. also when your hungry EAT dont wait because then you will want to eat more! just eat healthy, exercise, and you should be on your way to a happier weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to get a hold of your eating habits before they get out of hand!. just eat your three meals a day!. in a resonable portions and eat healthy and exercise!. NO snacks or goodies!. you just need to belive in your self!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you are actually a perfect weight for your height!. I would not attempt to lose weight!. Plus I'm sure you're still growing and changing and there really isn't much you can do about that!.

The stretch marks will not go away, but they will fade in time!. Everyone has them, trust me! Try massaging oil into them after a bath or shower!. It will help new ones from forming and help the ones you already have fade a little!.

Why do you feel so upset about your body and such!? Whose idea of "beauty" are you trying to live up to and why!? You are the only you in the history of mankind!! Why would you want to look like everyone else and blend in with the crowd!? For 5 minutes each day, stand in front of a full lenght mirror and find something that you like about yourself, and tell yourself so!. Don't be negative but compliment yourself on everything!. Soon enough you'll belive it and it will be true!

Dont listen to Hollywood and what they tell you is desireable and beautiful!. They really don't know!. And think about it, only about 1% of the population will ever even come close to looking like what they do!. That is something none of us can live up to!. Be yourself and be proud!.
