do tampons hurt when you put them in or take them out!?

Well first of all please dont be scared of your period its just mother nature!. All it is is blood!. Just like when you cut yourself only periods dont hurt!. Second of all tampons may hurt the first or second time u use on but thats normal!. But try to use pads before tampons when u first start ur period!. Tampons hurt really bad if you try to take them out when they are dry but when they r full they dont hurt!.

With correct application, tampons sit comfortably and you shhould not be able to feel them at all!.
There is no harm in practicing trying to put in a tampon, finding out what feels comfortable for you!.
With most boxes of tampons, there's an instruction leaflet included, have a read and all the information is there!.
As for the swimming, you should be able to say to whoever you're going swimming wiht that you are on your period and cannot swim!. But yes, you CAN use tampons when you go underwater, this doesn't cause and pain or discomfort at all!.

I'd describe it as a bit uncomfortable putting it in, but it doesn't hurt!. It definitely doesn't hurt coming out!. They design tampons to fit without hurting!. Be sure to use a "junior" or "light" version -- avoid "super" until you get more comfortable and are older!.
Also, don't feel like you have to go straight to using tampons!. You and your body may not be ready yet, so avoid swimming while you have your period if you want!.

no it dosnt hurt unless you put it in wrong!.
it might feel kinda weird when you first try it!.
i was scared to when i first started mine but
its not that scary!.Also it might hurt if your about to
be off your period and and you have a tampon in you
when your cycle is light because its dry up there!.

They might feel uncomfortable when you take them out, but just for a sec!. Dont be scared to try it, if u dont really feel like talking to ur mom because ur nervous, then try following this website!.

You really don't even notice them once they are in!. You will be fine it's a normal part of growing up!. You will want to wear one to go swimming, or just don't swim that week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
