You're damned right I would ,I would go to a doctor ASAP to rule out the possibility of you having a stroke or a cerebral aneurysm which could lead to a stroke
All these "just a migraine " folks are doing you a greater disservice and very possibly putting your life in danger by minimizing the possibility about what could be a much more serious condition
I do get migraines and I know for a fact that"Just a migraine" is a statement that is only said by people who have never actually had one
As part of getting the correct diagnosis for my migraines I saw a neuro-ophthalmologist who had me take an MRI to rule out some of the other possibilities that I mentioned

yes i believe u should be concerned, any headache accompanied by nausea could mean many things like if ur sexually active it could be the side effects of an std like syphilis, which is very serious and pretty hard to detect, look out for a vaginal discharge that's yellowish and smells!. but it could also, not to scare u, be pregnancy!? or even that ur just dehydrated, lacking salt in ur diet or too much salt in ur diet, or low in vitamins, stress!.
so if ur suffering from these headaches and nausea on a frequent basis and its been accompanied by hot flushes then ur best bet is not to ignore it and go see a doctor, after all that is what they're there for, he will most likely do a blood test on u because to be low in salt, vitamins or iron on the blood is potentially very dangerous to ur health!. Youre not really giving much info, from personal experience, i get like that when I have migraines!.!.!.!.only solution for me is to throw up and take a three hour nap!. If its also accompanied by light and sound sensitivity and severe pain, or more pain than usual it might be migraines!.!.!.your best bet is to talk to you doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Migraines!. I get them quite often!. My doctor gave me Maxalt to take for them when I feel them coming on!. Sometimes its too late though and thats when the vomiting starts!. If you're experiencing these quite often, go see your doctor!. It could be something other than a general headache and they can do some tests on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My daughter always was sick (vomit) when she had a headache ever since she was little girl!. After being sick, she would get over her headache real fast!. This type is a migraine headache!. She's had them for 30 yrs!. now!. She's never had to take any type of aspirin, as they go away fast for her after being sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not uncommon for migraines to cause nausea, so you shouldn't be alarmed,
but if this is happening you should talk to your physician he/she will give you medicine for your symptoms!.

Make an appointment with your doctor because it could be multiple things--or it could be something as simple as Migraines, which I have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
