Swimming????!
Question: Swimming!?!?!?!?
If I put a pad in my swim suit while swimming would it work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
I know it sounds like a good idea but it really wont!. I have been swimming on a team since I was 6 and every coach I'va had, male or female, said that you must wear a tampon while on your period!. A pad will swell up and start to kinda like shread to pieces!. I really think that you should use a tampon or don't swim!. Good Luck! Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Although ineloquent, the first poster is correct!. Most adhesives on pads will not stand up to water when submerged directly, in addition to the fact that submerging your pad in water will make it absorb and balloon up, which will be obvious that you're wearing a pad!.
Try tampons, which can be worn while swimming!. If you've never tried tampons before, spring for the kind with a plastic applicator!. No applicator, or a cardboard applicator, can be a little unweildy if it's your first time using them!.
I like Tampax Pearl, because they're not round - they're oval shaped, like you vagina, and spread out accordingly!. They're also easy to insert!. If you're worried about it hurting, it most likely won't - women don't have many nerve endings more than an inch or so into their vaginal canal, and so you honestly won't be able to feel it!.
Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, no, no and no!.
It will get wet, fall out and you will bleed everywhere!.
Just use a tampon!.!.!.
I was so scared to try a tampon I waited 2 years! Lol
Then I eventually tried and guess what! I am never going to use a pad again! Tampons are great! No leaks, you can change them less often, discreet, comftable and you can't even feel them!
I don't even mind being on my period now!
Use a tampon and you'll be fine sweetie

Oh please THINK about it, really!
A pad, in the water!. do you really think it will soak up only blood!? It will soak up the water before it even starts to soak up your blood!
You MUST wear a tampon in the pool or you will contaminate it with your blood!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it won't!. A soaking-wet pad will leak/run all down your legs when you get out - pretty embarrassing! I'm afraid it's either a tampon or stay out!.
