Question: Is it true that you have to change your deodorant every 3 months!?
i heard that after using the same deodorant for many months in a row, it's effects are reversed and you smell bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The effects aren't reversed, but occasionally changing deodorants may be helpful!.

Deodorants work by killing the bacteria that cause odor!. Therefore deodorants are antibacterials!. After a while, bacteria can become resistant to the deodorant and you will notice smelly pits again!. Different deodorants will contain different antibacterial agents!.

Antiperspirants, however, simply "plug up" sweat gland openings!. You sweat less; therefore you don't smell!.

Most products say "antiperspirant deodorant" on them!. This way you're doubly protected from odor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not true, plus not everyone can change up their deodorant!. You can be allergic to different types, which will cause you to break out and itch under your arms!. Very unattractive!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never heard this!. The deodorant may lose it's strength after 3 months, but using it will not make you smell bad!.

I've heard that you change your toothbrush every 3 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All deoderants have the same effective ingredients!. All you change when you change brands is the scent!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've never heard such a thing!. I'm using the same brand for 6-7 years now and am still very satisfied with the result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
