I'm taking a multivitamin and I get really nauseous every time whether I eat with it or not is there anyway I can take it that wont make me sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got nausous when i took the whole pill so i cut it in half and took half at breakfast and the other half later!. it helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get a multivitamin that doesn't have iron!. It's the iron that is making you sick!. Be sure to take the vitamin with a meal and that will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
