ODD question....?!


Question: ODD question!.!.!.!.!?
im about 135 lbs and i might be pregnant (1st month trying) can i still work out to lose weight or is it not healthy for the baby to be losing weight while pregnant!?!? i dont know if i explained it right but if u could answer id appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not unusual to lose weight in the first few months!. It's later on in your pregnancy when they get worried!. You're encouraged these days to exercise throughout your entire pregnancy !.!.!. unless you're having certain pregnancy related problems and then the doctor will tell you specifically to rest!.

When you are pregnant you WILL gain weight!. The baby, the amniotic fluid, even your breasts add to your weight!. The average recommended weight gain is at least 25 lbs!. You also need, at this time of trying to concieve, plenty of nutrition to keep you and baby healthy!. If you have a lack of folic acid you baby could be born with birth defects!. Pregnancy, motherhood and all those joys a woman experiences in life sometimes require putting personal weight goals aside!. I applaud active pregnant moms!. You will have a much easier birth experience if you are toned and fit!. Just dont diet and deny yourself the nutrition that a pregnant woman needs!.

My sister just had a bay one month ago and the Doctor told her her to continue with her exercise routine, because you want your body in good shape to push that baby out!. But if you have not been working out you should not start if your pregnant!. Try taking a pregnancy test!.

Alot of women exercise during their pregnancies!. Just try eating healthy and don't exercise to the point of exersion!.
