I'm not entirely sure, although I did read once that tweaking the nipple releases oxytocin, the same stuff that turns into morphine when you take Tylenol 3 with codeine!. The idea I suppose is that when a baby clamps down on that you don't want to feel too much! But there must be underlying psychological factors that turn that into pleasure!. Probably some other chemicals are released: dopamine, seratonin even maybe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
