It is actually pretty common!. It is when endometrial tissue grows outside of the uterus!. It can cause discomfort such as cramping or sharp pains!. It can actually only be diagnosed with a laparoscopy which is a simple surgical procedure where they usually remove the endometriosis when they go in to explore!.
It can cause infertility if it grows inside your fallopian tubes causing them to be blocked!.
Treatments such as birth control pills and other perscriptions that your ob/gyn can tell you about can regulate your hormones and keep more from forming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
