It would probably be easier to use one that has an applicator, at least, for the first time until you get used to it!. Otherwise, if you think you can handle it, go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you do, just make sure you wash your hands before inserting (and after!.) I prefer an applicator because depending on your flow, it could be nasty/messy!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
