Go to a spa and get the full treatment!. Get a new haircut and color!. Get your nails done!. And a pedicure!. Get your brows waxed!. And a massage!. Buy a new outfit that makes you feel really sexy!. Don't worry about those last ten pounds!. They just make you curvy!. Trust me!. You deserve a treat!. You may spend a couple hundred bucks but it'll be worth every penny!. You will feel like a million bucks!. Nothing like being pampered to make you feel beautiful!. My first mothers day after having my son, my hubby sent me to a spa and it was AMAZING!!!! If you are feeling ugly, which I'm sure you are not ugly, go do it!. Bringing a child into this world is one of the most beautiful things you can do!. You are not ugly!. Go make yourself feel better!. You will be a better mom for it!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right im a personal trainer and hear this all the time, you may be suffering a little from postnatal depression, this can be sorted via consulting your GP or you may just need a lettle affection and loving from your guy!.

For your body to regain its composure right after childbirth it takes a little time, this applys to your hormone levels, and getting adjusted to running round looking after your new little baby with little and normally no sleep!.

Getting out with a push chair everyday and doing a lap of the block to show off your pound and ounce achievement will make you walk alot during the day, this will help reduce any new weight gains you have made and get your fitness up as youe have most probably been more sedentary over your last month!.
Getting this fitness will help you sleep better and keep you better prepared mentally after resting, although it wont feel like it!.
Joining a Gym to start exercising may seem like a big deal, but it will give you a break for an hour from your new chaotic lifestyle and will help tenfold towards your mental state and how you cope with the stresses of having a baby, be sure your mum or whoever you have to mind your baby doesnot call you to distract you from your 'ME' time!.

The most important thing you should be doing is pelvic floor exercises, as these are one thing that postnatally is always overlooked, if not performed, they can lead on to big problems later on in life in regards to your reproductive health!. so just performing 20 kegal pulls in the morning can have so much untold bennefit!.

Depending on weather or not you had a natural birth or not can influence your training program, any scarring on the stomach, pelvis or pernium should be left to heal properly and your GP, midwife or consultant can give you advice on when you can resume certian activities and training!.

Pre and post natal you can perform aquatic exercises, as long as you avoid breast stroke swimming , opting for walking and avoiding too much torso twisting prenatally and slowly building it up postnatally

So all in all, your not ugly, you just need to get out their walking when its nice and get some uninterupted gym time to get you back to were you were or were you might want to be, this information has come from working so closley with all of my clients all the way through their pregnancys and beyond till they were happy with their achievements!. I always find they come back when they realise they have let slip and want improvements as they get the bug and want a boost to fitness and more importantly feeling better in them selves though their confidence in their bodyshape and their health!.

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
