it takes one month for the medicine to totally activate in your system!.

I would wait 2 to 3 weeks before I would!. I was told by the doctor that it would come in to effect immeditally when I started taking my birth control pills and the script said to wait a few weeks so I listened to my doc instead and guess what happened!! I got pregnant!.!. Just to be on the safe side I would wait a few weeks!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would wait until the first pack was done!. And remember, birth control pills do not protect you from STDs!. And they only protect you from pregnancy if you take them EVERY day, and around the same time every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
