Question: I got a call back regarding my lab work!.!?
The lab work you normally have with a pap smear!. I'm freaking out!. I called and left a message but they haven't returned my call back yet!. I'm seriously scared!. What on earth could they be calling about!? They tested my iron while in office and it was fine!. I'm scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My comment would be that the unknown is always scarier than that which is familiar!.
Try to relax and just call back!. Find out what's up and stop trying to imagine what terrible situation may exist!. Many years of medical practice has taught me that patient imaginations are capable of some seriously scary things!.
Let's find out what they want to talk about, and then we'll deal with THAT!.

Dont be scared, a lot of times the Docs office will call just to give you the results, it doesnt mean that anything bad happened or was found!. They are suppost to call and let you know, or mail the results to you!. Dont worry!. Just call again and tell them that you are worried and that should let them know to call you quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be an abnormal pap (but don't worry -- that's why you go get a test, for early detection)!. I once got a call because they told me I had a yeast infection, lol!. Or it could just be because you're perfectly fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry! I was called to be told that my pap smear was normal!. You're most likely fine, it's just that they don't usually like to leave those sorts of messages on machines!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
