ok first of all people tellin u that the box has directions and pictures well thats not helpful at all!!!!!! i no and it bugs to crap out of me

go slow
get mom to help (or trusted adult (GIRL)
dont freak out wen u actually get it in
make sure it goes all the way up or it will feel uncomfortable
use a slender tampon
go through the motions/ how u hold it before trying
calmmmmm downnnnn it doesnt work if u dont

practice, and it does hurt and feel really uncomfortable but just GO FOR IT!. read the directions, look pictures up online!.!. it may feel weird but shove it on it there and you'll be just fine and youll be so happy you did because pads suck ***!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously, the only way I could do it my first time was to get the like, torpedo shape, wet it a little on the plastic bit, and then take one of those close up makeup mirrors and put it in!. If you use a mirror it is really easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
