Question: Does going to the gym really help lose weight my friend said it did nothing for her and i!.!.!.!?
have never been in one for too long to know so is it worth buying a yearly pass to the gym or not

it makes you lose fat!. you should exercise atleast 30 minutes a day!. try eating less calories, and try drink water also!. sugary drinks have alot of carbs and sugar in it that you don't need! You could save money by running or walking outside, or possibly riding a bike! whichever you may choose!. You can tone up your muscles and also burn calories by doing crunches, pushups, aerobics, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, going to the gym and exercising doesn't make you lose weight, any more than eating less does!.

The only thing that makes you lose weight is sitting in front of the tv and eating potato chips!. Sleep there if you can!.

Seriously, though, it only makes you lose weight if you go there!. You lose fat, not weight, because you gain muscle, which weighs more than fat!. If you don't want to buy a pass, just go outside and run around, walk, do simple arm exercises, push ups, etc!. Or buy a big yoga ball and do exercises while watching horror movies, like I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea defo but you shud eat healthily too there are load of advice on the net look it up nd u will learn the most beneficial ways!.e!.g you should warm up first because your body isnt losin anything in the first 15 mins because its warmin up so do cardiovascular exercises like weights first instead of doin 30 mins of say the bicycle cos tht onli reli doin 15mins!.

also change routine week to week to strengthen th emuscle;)
