Please read and be honest. Thanks?!

Question: Please read and be honest!. Thanks!?
I've been seeing a therapist since march, once a week!. I've become really attached to her but I feel as if I'm not getting better!. Sometimes it's enough for me to just sit with her without saying anything!. She's really nice about it!. She's going to be leaving soon and she offered me the choice of continuing my sessions with her at the new place she is going!. I went to therapy specifically because I have attachment problems!. I don't know what to do or what to say!. I wanna continue seeing her because she makes me feel safe and I can cry and talk to her about things with complete trust!. I can't imagine starting over again with someone new!. At times I get so depressed I just stay in the pain until it hurts to the core!. It has become addictive for me!. Sometimes I feel like I'm really not trying to get better!. I don't even know if I want that!. Please help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As hard as it is, you need to talk to her about your attachment to her!. She will completely understand!. It is absolutely normal to feel exactly what you are feeling when in therapy, especially if you are unable to have an open relationship where you can talk about things with someone else in your life!. If you don't feel like you're getting better you need to ask yourself if you are being completely truthful with her, or if you have come to a point where you care so much about what she thinks, that you minimize your feelings when talk to her!. Together you both will be able to come up with the best solution for you!. Remember that she is a professional and will truly be the best person to help you decide the best thing for you!. Nobody deserves to feel like you are feeling hun, the fact that you are brave enough to see a therapist each week means that some part of you truly does want to get better, even if that is hard to understand!. Good luck, and keep working hard!. Because getting better is hard, but you can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the new therapist and give it a fair amount of time to see if you will be comfortable with them, leaving your other option open to go back to your old one if it doesn't work out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would tell her exactly that!. She will help!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try the new therapist unless you really dont like it!. then go back to this one if you need to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
