Then it could be time to learn to use tampons!. They are super easy to you, especially those which have the easy applicators!. I have used them for swimming several times and all have been successful!. You just need to get yourself into a comfortable position, take a deep breath and gently push it in!. Make sure then end isn't too near the opening though because that can be very uncomfortable

you definitly should bring your extra things (pads) it would be horrible if you ended up getting it and had no protection!. And when you tend to go in the water your period stops for a period of time so you can go in the pool, but as soon as you get out run for a bathroom and put on a pad since it will start flowing again!.

Best of luck and I bet everything will work out!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, which would be more embarassing!?

Starting your period but having stuff on hand so no one knows!?

Or starting your period, not having anything on hand and having to borrow and/or buy some stuff while possibly getting blood all over the place!?

You decide!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bring stuff, better safe then sorry!. And take a tampon too!. Just relax, read the directions and ask for help if you can't get it!. Either that or don't go swimming!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons come with instructions, they really arne't that difficult, just relax when you insert it, get tampons with a plastic applicator those are so much easier to use especially if its your first timeusing themWww@Answer-Health@Com
