Question: Who can't sleep right now!?

i have insomnia and its 2 am where i live!. i also have an exam tomorrow morning at 8!.

I went to sleep at 11pm!. And woke up at 3am,,couldn't get back to sleep , so came to computer is now 5:43am,,,Why do I wake up every morning this early, is aggravating when I have nothing to do at this early hour !? Wish I could go to bed say at 11pm and wake up between 6 and 7am,, Always I wake up after 3 or 4 hours sleep, why I dont know !.My doctor just said to try taking Tylenol pm,,, I haven't, hate the thought of having to take medicine to sleep,,Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't sleep because I'm about to start my period!. I hate it!. Also because I never can during summer!. Good luck on your exam!. LOL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I work 12hr Nights so I can't sleep either!.!.!.!.!.!. It's really hard sleeping during the day though :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
