i usually wear pads but i want to try tampons!.!.!.what kind should i get!?!? I don't play sports or anything but i do walk/run every day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the easiest for starters are tampax pearl ppl will tell you that playtex works better but they are hardest to get in if you dont have a lot of practice!.!.personal experience as a beginner is how i know this!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
First buy tampons with the applicators!. It'll be easier to put on if you're just starting out!.
It's a little scary when you're first starting to put them on!. When you're more comfortable with them you can try buying the ones with no applicators!.

You should first try with a small one and get use to them once you do and you bleed heavy you can get super!.!.thats what I did and they are a lot better than a heavy pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
