Many women do, it's the hormones in your system changing and getting ready for your period so it's basically really normal!. Some people vary, i know i get really really moody right before my period, some people become ecstatically happy, it's different for everyone, eating healthily really really helps and it tries to keep your metabolism consistentWww@Answer-Health@Com
yeah, I do and sometimes it's just unbearable!.
I found a couple of things help!.!.!.
writing out everything your feeling/listening to music helps me!.
going out and actually doing something's good!.
exersising helps alot, aswell!.

Yes, I get more tearful and sensitive!. I tend to be more self-pitying as well!. What helps is reminding myself that it's just PMS!. Somehow, that brings me to my senses lol!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
