How can i convice my doctor to sterilize me before my 30's w/ no bio-kids?!

Question: How can i convice my doctor to sterilize me before my 30's w/ no bio-kids!?
I plan on getting sterilized as soon as my gynecologist will allow me to (around my mid-30's!?) I am 21 and have already had 1 abortion (@ 19 y/o) with my ex-bf (28 y/o) who i dated for 3 years- we broke up for completely unrelated issues 1 year after the abortion and he had kids from another woman!. I am completely grossed out at the thought of pregnancy and i believe in a way i have given up my rights to have my own children b/c the abortion, i owe it to some divine force to adopt!. On the other hand i LOVE children and would love to have a family and kids some day just not my own!. I wouldn't mind adopting children when i get married or marrying someone who has children already (i was raised in a blended family so the thought does not scare/bother me!.)

Will it ever be possible to convince a legitimate/ reputable doctor to sterilize me before i reach my mid thirties!? I plan on getting the Mirena IUD next month but i want sterilization!. I never want to risk getting preg againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You will most likely not be able to find a doctor to do any type of sterilization procedure especially at your age!. Most doctors will not perform sterilization procedures on younger women because far to often they change there minds about it later in life!. While the procedure is sometimes reversible there is no guarantee so therefore they won't do it!.

Also most doctors will not do an IUD if you have never given birth!. There is a high risk of the IUD implanting in your uterus and having to be surgically removed if they are implanted in women who have never given birthWww@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know that you'll be able to find a doc that will do that for you (though i don't know why, it's your choice)!. try explaining your situation to your doc and see what s/he says!. you may just be stuck with the IUD for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know there are women out there who have done it!. If you go to some of the childfree forums and ask, you may be able to even get a referral to someone!. People there don't want kids, period, even adopted, but they're a good reference for the information you need!.
It's not easy, but from what I hear it can be done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
