ugh , i really need to use them since its summer and i swim alot but i cant get my tampon to go up all the way , it hurts! &im not stupid , i know you can still use them if yu're a virginn!.!.!.so any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you need to get some slenders or juniors!. Then practice inserting them when your flow is heaviest or dab some lubricant on the tip!. Take a deep breath and RELAX your vaginal muscles, if you are tense it will hurt and/or not go in!. Once you get the tip inserted aim towards your lower back (your vagina naturally curves that way)!. Gently push and twist until your fingers touch your body, then hold the applicator steady and push the "plunger"!. You should not feel it if you have put it far enough in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well as long as ur making it go in the right spot, then it should go in pretty easily!. make sure u have a plastic applicator, it makes it way more easier to put in!. cardboard is way more difficult in my opinion!. also make sure you're inserting it in the right way!. there are instructions on the box to show you how to insert properly!. go for a slim hun not one of your mothers or sisters and start out with regular not heavy!. they even have some for younger ladies Juniors i belive look into those!. Read the information that comes with the tamps and if none then look it up online!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
