Question: The Pill and Traveling!?
Hey everyone,
I've just finished my first pack of birth control pills, so I'm starting my new one tomorrow!. I live in California, and I take it at 7:20 a!.m!. every day!. I'm going to New York in a week, and I will be there for a month!.
My question is, do you think I can still take it at 7:20 Eastern Time or should I take it at 10:20!? The latter would be a bit inconvenient, but I'll take it if I have to!. Or should I start at a new time tomorrow!?
I'm on Yaz (for my PMDD, so I'm not worried about being pregnant or anything), which is a "complex pill" of both progesterone and estrogen!. I've heard that these are not so time restrictive, but I would like to confirm that here!.

Don't worry, you don't have to take it at the same exact time!. It's just generally advised against taking it at 7AM one day and them 10PM the next!. I take Yaz as well, and the time I take it varies by hours and it still takes care of my PMDD!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
stick to 7!.20!. its not going to make that much of a difference, expecially if your not worried about getting pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
taking the pill at different times is ok, just try to make it within 4 hours of when you usually take itWww@Answer-Health@Com
