im supposed to go to this pool tommorrow and im on my period!.and its going to be my heaviest day!. does anyone have any tips for me!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would use say to use a tampon (a super one is probably your best bet if you are really heavy) and bring a supply with you in your beach bag!.

Either stay out of the water and just hang out with people near the pool OR use tampons (if you don't know how, buy a pack and learn to use them tonight!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
