If you feel more comfortable doing it in private that's okay too!!!
30 minutes of fast music will work off the body fat!. Very good!!!

You can't just lose love handles or that jiggly fat in an instant!. It will take a while!. But if you want that fun workout that actually keeps you motivated, then I highly recommend Carmen Electra's series of workout DVDs!. My favorite is the lapdance and hip hop!. And you would be surprised how much of a workout a lapdance routine can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
