it's not when i'm exercising!. i'm not fat either!.!.
my hands sweat so much if i hold hand iwth someone they're like "gross why are your hands so sweaty!?"
maybe i'm lacking vitamins or i'm unhealthy!.!.

You may have hyperhydrosis!. This means you sweat excessively!. My daughter is the same!. There are antiperspirants you can get on prescription and if it is a really major problem you can have the nerves surgically cut to the sweat glands to stop all sweating on your hands!. Try researching on the web under hyperhydrosis - it may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
