so from the bottom of her belly button down, it feels like all that area is expanding, like there feels like something is inside pushing outwards!. and when she sits and walk that pressures gets even stronger!.!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does she have or has eaten anything in the last say or so!?
Okay there could be a couple of problems if any of these questions or yes!.
Someone wrote a UTI a Urinary track infection, this is possible, but it could also be the late stages of Appendicitis, or something worst, either way she needs to go to the emergency room now, because if it is appendicitis she can die in a matter of hours, especially if it ruptures!. I don't want to scare you are cause you any panic, but it is better to be safe then sorry!. If you have no way of getting her to the hospital then call 911 or the emergency number in your area, but get your friend some help right away!.!.!.!.

is this a constant thing or does it go away and come back!? Is it painful!? If so it could be a food intolerance!. she should get tested for lactose intolerance or celiac or somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Is she pregnant!?!? If not it could just be muscle or maybe you should go to the doc and see if its some kind of infection!.!.!.
