Why do I have irregular periods?!
Question: Why do I have irregular periods!?
I just turned 23 in May and I stopped taking birth control in March!. When I went off the pill my period started to be normal for two months!. This month I am just breaking out really bad and having severe mood swings!. I have an increased appetite too!. I have already taken a pregnancy test!. Negative!. I am trying to get back on the pill but my period won't start!. I have always been irregular!. So my question is, is there anything that can help to make my period come faster!? Is my body trying to change back to my old ways which is irregular!? And will I always be irregular!? Thanks in advance everybody!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay this is simple, everything your body takes in *** food your hormonal glands use it for hormones to regulate all those problems out, when you arnt getting the nutriion you need your body will over produce one hormone, underproduce another causeing imbalance and what not!.
