about what time should i take it out later that day!. its the first day of my period so it isnt really too bad, but im going swimming so i have to wear one!. so how long should i wear one on the first day and how will i know when i shoul change it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should change immediately after swimming, no matter how long the tampon has been in for!.
Other than that, between 3 and 6 hours is considered normal, it depends on your flow and the size of tampon you are using!.

between 4-6 hrs if u r leaving it in less that that u need the next frquency if u r finding it difficult 2 take out after that amount of time u need the lower 1, this goes whether its ur 1st of ur last period
